Mike Tudor is a published freelance photographer living and working in West Sussex, England. His work has been published by The Guardian & Guardian Guide, The Daily Telegraph, The Spectator, Brighton Argus, Uncut Magazine and on news sites across Europe.

He specialises in portraits, gigs and music videos as well as personal projects that investigate personal responses to the darkness and peculiarities of modern life. 

It was over 20 years ago that Mike's love for live music began, this combined with a desire to capture the unique atmosphere and excitement of live music events. From sweaty pubs, busy club nights, large venues and major festivals such as The Great Escape & Brighton Pride. 

As of 2020 he has continued to work on his projects 'Industrial Nightmares', looking onto the eerie menace of illuminated objects fighting the inky night, and 'Modern Loneliness' addressing feeling of isolation, imprisonment and anxiety in a connected world. 

Mike currently shoots for Brighton grunge band Preacher and covers assignments contributing to long established Brighton culture site Brighton Source he's shot a huge variety of mainstream and underground music artists including:

Mike first studied photography a Haywards Heath College in 2001, learning digital photography and developing film in the darkroom. He has worked as an in-house product photographer, spent 2018 managing the editing department at Lafayette Photography in Dublin and is currently a photography technician running a school studio & darkroom in Crawley.
